  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. 
  • Shipping Time | Domestic delivery within Australia typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

    Please note : Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
  • Shipping Charges | calculated during checkout, with the option of standard or express.                                                        
  • Order Tracking | You’ll receive a tracking number after your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

15-day return policy from the date of order completion.

  • Eligibility | Items must be returned within 15 days of order completion, in original, unused, unworn condition, with all tags attached.                            
  • Exclusions | For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, like intimate apparel, may not be returned or exchanged.                        
                            
  • Return Process | To initiate a return, email : contact@allureaustralia.com with your order number and return reason. We’ll send you return instructions.                                                

  • Return Shipping | Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.                                                  

  • Refunds | Processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
